Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the goltogel platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services. Continued use of the platform following any modifications to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and goltogel as the platform provider. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use any of the services provided. This platform is intended for personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from goltogel.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of goltogel services, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering more than one account may result in the suspension or termination of all accounts involved.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. goltogel will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised use, please contact our customer support team immediately via the official email provided.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a goltogel user, you agree to:
- Not using the platform for any activity that is unlawful under Malaysian law.
- Not attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's systems or security.
- Not sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other party.
- Not using third-party software, bots, or any automated means to access or operate the platform.
- Providing accurate personal information during the identity verification (KYC) process when required.
- Comply with all rules and policies set by goltogel from time to time.
Any breach of these rules may result in the temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account without compensation.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the goltogel platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or digital wallet used belongs to you and is registered under the same name as your goltogel account.
Goltogel supports secure local payment methods including online banking and approved digital wallets. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to internal verification processes, which may take varying amounts of time depending on the method chosen. Any attempt to conduct unauthorised fund transfers or money laundering activities will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the platform and are subject to change. Any applicable transaction fees will be communicated to you before a transaction is completed. Deposits are non-refundable except under circumstances specifically outlined in goltogel's refund policy.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Goltogel shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including service interruptions, data loss, or device damage. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties.
A user account may be suspended or terminated under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
- Suspicious activity involving fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Account inactivity exceeding the period specified by the platform.
- A user's own request to close their account.
In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, goltogel reserves the right to withhold any related account balance pending the completion of an investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, logos, trade names, and materials on the goltogel platform are the exclusive property of the company or its respective licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent.
The goltogel platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. goltogel is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Accessing external websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Goltogel reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Such changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. You are advised to review this page periodically. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in a competent court in Malaysia.
